1. Acceptance
Your use of WUD! mind care solutions’ mobile application, website and services is subjected to the terms of this legal agreement between you and injewelme Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “injewelme”). It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. By using injewelme’s mobile application, website and services (hereafter referred to as “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”), which may be updated from time to time. When these changes are made, injewelme will make the updated copy accessible to you on injewelme’s mobile application, website and services. If you continue to use injewelme’s mobile application, website and services after the date on which the changes are made, injewelme will treat your use as acceptance of the updated ToS. If you do not agree to the terms outlined in the ToS, you may not use the website.

You agree that any Registration Data you give to injewelme will always be accurate, complete, and up to date. injewelme reserves the right to refuse Services or cancel Services at its discretion. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to injewelme for all activities that occur under your account. If you are aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify injewelme immediately.

As part of improving our user experience, you acknowledge and agree that injewelme reserves the right to modify or temporarily discontinue its Services at its sole discretion from time to time, without prior notice to you.

The Services are provided “as is”, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability and compatibility. 7. Limitation of Liability
injewelme has provided the Site and Services “as is” and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, property damage, loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (A) the use of or inability to use the service; (B) the conduct or actions, whether online or offline, of any user of the Site or Services; (C) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (D) any other matter relating to the Site or Services.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless injewelme and all those stockholders, directors, owners and employees from all third-party claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, through your use of the Site or Services, your connection to the Site or Services, any breach by you of the ToS arising out of your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Intellectual Property Rights and Content
The Site and Services are owned entirely by injewelme and no right or title is transferred to you. You understand that all information (such as data, questions, solutions, video explanations, software, images, music and audio files) provided to you as part of the Services are owned by injewelme. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content either in whole or in part. You acknowledge and agree that injewelme own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services regardless of those rights being registered. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices including copyright and trade mark notices which may be affixed to or contained within the Services.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. 11. Termination
injewelme reserves the right to terminate your account or any part thereof if you fail to comply with the terms outlined in the ToS. injewelme may, in its sole discretion, terminate access to the Site or Services without notice. You agree that injewelme shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event of such termination of access to the Site and Services. If you want to terminate your legal agreement with injewelme, you may do so by notifying injewelme through email (support@injewelme.com) at any time or cancelling your account on the Site.
12. Governing Law
This ToS shall be governed under the laws of the Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore to resolve any legal matters arising from the ToS.
